We are unable to amend or cancel orders once payment has been confirmed, as orders are processed immediately after successful payment. 

Out-of-stock items are not available for purchase at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

If you have already placed an online order and an item becomes unavailable, our Customer Service team will contact you. A refund will be arranged via your credit card or bank account. 

Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed. After a successful purchase, your order confirmation number can be found in your confirmation email or order history.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number can be found in that email or through your order history.

If an item was unavailable when your order was packed, it may not have been shipped and a refund will be arranged for that item.

Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.

To ensure our products are purchased by genuine Armani Beauty customers and not for resale, purchase limits may apply to selected products or transactions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible product(s) within 15 days from the date you receive them, provided that proof of original purchase is available.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once the returned product(s) and proof of purchase have been received and verified, the refund will be processed via the customer’s original payment method. The refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method and payment provider. 

Products can be returned to the designated Armani Beauty Malaysia returns address provided by our Customer Service team.

Products purchased from Armani Beauty freestanding stores, Sephora stores, department stores, unauthorized retailers, unauthorized websites, or other unauthorized sources are not eligible for online refund support.

Armani Beauty Malaysia reserves the right to make the final decision if the returned product(s) are in unsatisfactory condition or if the return policy requirements are not met.

Engraving is not available for online purchases. However, you may bring your product to an Armani Beauty freestanding store for engraving service. 

Proof of purchase may be required. Engraving service is only applicable for selected products. Please contact Armani Beauty Customer Service for the latest information on engraving service.
